Classes

All classes are bookable online and it is advised to book onto a class in advance as classes do  become full quickly. No gym membership is required to attend classes. Classes are priced at £8 per class excluding Family Fitness which is £12 for one adult and child with an additional child for £2 and additional adult for £8.

Class passes are available which can be used in any class excluding Family Fitness. 6 classes for £45 (£7.50 per class) 10 classes for £70 (£7 per class)

Glute Group                    

 

      

Mondays 0930-1030                                               

Be prepared to lift heavy to help build and sculpt that perfect derrière. Small group classes incorporating circuit style workouts with focus on the Glutes. All abilities welcome

Super Circuits    

 

Mondays 1045-1130 & Wednesdays 1900-1945

Core, arms, legs and Cardio all in one session. All Abilities welcome

Junior Boxing Club

 

 

 

Mondays & Wednesdays 1700-1800

Competitive boxing for young people aged 8-16. Work with professional and ABA experienced coaches to learn proper and modern techniques, develop fundamental skills and progress in competitive boxing. All abilities welcome

Kettlebells            

 

 

Mondays 1815-1900 & Wednesdays 0930-1015

Workout using kettlebells, to increase core strength, mobility and weight loss. This is a comprehensive class for beginners to advanced. Fully qualified coaches will guide you through safe and effective kettlebell workouts.

Contact Boxing for males over 16. A thorough session aiming to impore speed and agility

Resistance based circuit and HIIT classes. Giving you a full body workout helping you to get closer to a sculpted and defined body. All abilities welcome.

Family Fitness

 

 

 

Tuesdays 1715-1800 & Thursdays 1630-1715

Families get to workout together in this circuit and resistance based class. Anyone over the age of 11 years is welcome. Help to teach your children that working out can be a fun and enjoyable process and give them the building blocks to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

KrossBox

 

 

 

Tuesdays 1900-2000 & Wednesdays 1045-1130

Non contact boxing techniques mixed with all the fun and supportive elements of bootcamp and the family atmosphere of functional fitness. Training you in all aspects of fitness: strength, power, muscle gain, motor skills and fatloss.  All abilities welcome.

KrossBox Extreme

 

 

Thursdays 1845-1930

Take a KrossBox session and ramp it up to the next level. Contact elements of boxing and military intensity workouts. This session is definitely not for beginners.

HardCORE

 

 

Wednesdays 1015-1045

A quick blasting 30 minute session with complete core, back and glute concentration work. Side effects include rock hard abs. All abilities welcome

Half Hour Of Power

 

Wednesdays 1230-1300

A lunchtime 30 minute circuit session aiming to give your full body a blast. £6 per class

Body Weight Blast

 

 

 

Thursdays 0930-1030

Safely learn to master your on body weight from the ground up. Excel at Monkey bars, Olympic rings, Parallettes and advance into rope climbing and flying monkeys. A class has never been this fun! All abilities welcome to come hang with us.

Junior MMA

 

 

 

Thursdays 1815-1915

Ages 8+ Mixed Martial Arts training. Learn how to master all aspects of Mixed Martial arts from seasoned MMA coaches. Classes cover technique, mental agility and sportsmanship. Discipline and camaraderie are encouraged throughout the sessions. All abilities welcome.

Pump Your Guns

 

 

Fridays 1730-1800

Get ready for the weekend with this intensive 30 minute drop set, reverse pyramid and finisher set workout. Giving you a total upper body pump. Remember ‘Curls get the girls, Bi’s get the guys’. All abilities welcome.
