More than just University and Military training, I bring my own experience from high level sports and fitness to benefit my clients.
Most recently I’ve competed in the European and World OCR Championships (Obstacle Course Racing) and helped coach teams, UK and international athletes in OCR to achieve gold and other successes.
From working as an England ABA Coach/Boxer to helping clients with Pre and Post surgery rehabilitation, it always comes down to the same thing… One client, One session, One goal at a time!

I got fully into fitness when I fell in love with lifting heavy things and seeing how far I could push my body. I have personally been through a body transformation, losing nearly three stones and over 25 inches from my body. I know how it feels to not have any confidence, to be scared to attend a gym and feel like there is no hope.
This is the reason why I trained to become a Personal Trainer. I want to help people to be the best they can be and have fun whilst doing it so it becomes a way of life. My motivation is seeing my clients become gym confident and not only reach their goals but smash right through them, seeing them grow both in body confidence and mental wellbeing.
With my keen interest in nutrition alongside my personal and professional experience with body transformations, I am able to offer a bespoke service of personal training and nutritional guidance, helping you to Get Gym Confident

I have trained and studied for many years in different areas such as basketball, Muay Thai, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, MMA. I love to incorporate different elements from my experience into my training methods to ensure my clients get the best from their time training with me.
My passion for my clients is what drives me, I’ll spar with them, laugh with them, break a sweat with them. I look forward to seeing clients achieve their goals and creating a new way of life.
